BEJING, Apr 4 Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Tuesday held a telephone conversation with Russian Cabinet Minister Mikhail Mishustin, China Central Television reports.
«The relations of comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction in the new era between Russia and China maintain a high level of development. China and Russia adhere to (principles — ed.) non-alignment with blocs, no confrontation, and non-targeting of third parties,» Li Qiang said.
He pointed out that the two countries develop their relations on the basis of mutual respect, mutual trust and mutual benefit.
