SIMFEROPOL, Apr 7 US authorities rub their hands in anticipation of Ukrainian counteroffensive, as this is an additional influx of money for American military corporations, whose interests they are lobbying, said State Duma deputy from Sevastopol Dmitry Belik.
Earlier on Friday, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken did not rule out that a counteroffensive by Ukrainian troops would begin in the coming weeks.
«I have no doubt that people like Blinken are rubbing their hands in anticipation of a Ukrainian counteroffensive. In fact, what is important for them is not so much a military victory as an additional influx of money for the American arms manufacturers, whose interests they no doubt lobby for,» — Belik said.
According to him, it does not matter to the Americans how many Ukrainians will be killed and how far they will be able to go deep into the defense line of Russian troops. «Even if nothing succeeds, weapons and soldiers will be in demand and ground. Ukraine will need new infusions, which means that Blinken's pockets will swell even more from earnings. Blood business is how the United States has been earning for the last hundred years, and Blinken is a vivid confirmation of this,» said the MP.
