VORONEZH, Apr 10 A week later, doctors discharged a man who fell from the 19th floor onto a car in Voronezh and received almost no injuries for outpatient treatment, said on Monday representative of the health department of the region.
A video with a fallen man appeared on the evening of April 3 in local telegram channels. The footage shows how rescuers pull the man out of the trunk of a foreign car, where he may have landed. The man gets to his feet and, having sung a line from Alla Pugacheva's song «Love is like a dream», accompanied by rescuers, apparently goes to the ambulance.
The emergency services of the city said that the incident occurred at about 20.00 (coincides with Moscow time) on Monday on Kolesnichenko Street. A man born in 1982 who fell from the 19th floor onto a car was taken to the emergency hospital (BSMP). According to Igor Banin, chief physician of the emergency hospital No. 1 of Voronezh, the man who fell on a foreign car was practically not injured.
«According to the information of the emergency hospital No. 1, the patient was discharged for outpatient treatment at the clinic at the place of attachment,» a representative of the department said.
The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Voronezh Region is conducting an investigation into the incident. According to investigators, the fall of a man from the 19th floor onto a car occurred after his quarrel with a girl. The owner of the foreign car on which the man fell wrote a statement to the police.
