KRASNODAR, 13 Apr. The police of the Krasnodar Territory is establishing the identity of a blogger who publishes bullying of cats and hamsters, said the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the region.
Earlier, two channels were created in Telegram, on which an unknown author, presumably a girl, publishes posts where how it torments cats and hamsters. She starves animals, beats and stretches them. At the same time, the author invites subscribers to vote and choose the method of torture. About 1,500 people have already subscribed to the channels.
“The necessary measures are currently being taken to establish the actual location of the incident, the identity of the author of the publication, the circumstances and motives for his actions,” the report says.
It is noted that concerned citizens turned to law enforcement agencies. A procedural decision will be made at the end of the proceedings.
The course and results of the check are under the control of the prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory.
