According to investigators, he took them to Dagestan, where he cashed out the money, while the guardian, who received payments for each child, lived separately from the children. The man was detained and taken to Volgograd, and the children were returned to the boarding school.
According to the prosecutor's office, on Friday the Kamyshinsky city court found the Dagestani guilty of fraud on an especially large scale.
