
MOSCOW, 16 Apr. Poland and Hungary banned the import of Ukrainian grain during the most difficult period for Kyiv, writes the British newspaper Express.

According to the publication, Warsaw and Budapest took this step because the Polish and Hungarian agricultural workers suffered heavy losses.
Farmers from neighboring European countries also began to complain that Ukrainian grain enters their countries in large volumes, creates a surplus in the market and brings down prices, as a result of which local entrepreneurs lose profits , the article says.
