Last year, the courts received 5,622 administrative cases on “discrediting” the military (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). 4,439 fines were imposed on them and one warning was issued. In total, resolutions in the amount of 117,391,500 rubles came into force.
In addition to individuals, under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in 2022, 12 legal entities, 15 officials and eight entrepreneurs without forming a legal entity were fined. less than the minimum judges appointed 134 times.
According to Mediazona, by mid-April 2023, more than 6,500 protocols had already been received by district courts.
