According to the search warrant, a fragment of which was posted by Sota, three criminal cases were opened against Basmanov — on the creation of an extremist organization (Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code), on inciting hatred (paragraph «c» of part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code) and on the justification of terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). He himself left Russia in 2010.
In Syktyvkar, they searched the head of the North Frontier, a right-wing movement recognized as extremist, Alexei Kolegov, and in Pskov, the nationalist Georgy Pavlov. In Saratov, two former members of the «Association of Popular Resistance» Andrey Martsev and Mikhail Pulin, who emigrated, were searched, and in Nizhny Novgorod, the house of Pulin's wife Ekaterina Maksimova, who is also not in Russia.
