MOSCOW, April 21 The Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) offers provide an opportunity for fans with a Fan ID card to attend matches using one single document. The proposals have been sent to the Government of the Russian Federation and are available.
The document explains that the Fan Identification System (FIS) is not integrated with stadium access control systems that assign spectators to sectors, so two documents must be used to access the stadium: the QR code of the fan card and the barcode of the ticket, which makes the process much more difficult.
«»Introduce improvements to the NIS, allowing spectators of a sports competition to attend a match using one single document: provide for the possibility of transferring the attributes of a particular place from the ticket system of football clubs to the NIS for their display in the personal account on State Services with the possibility of their subsequent receipt by rescanning QR code on the stadium's second security perimeter,» the text reads.
The authenticity of the document with proposals aimed at simplifying the use of the fan card (Fan ID) was confirmed by the ASI press service.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to simplify the use of football fan identification systems by disabled people, pensioners and children by May 1. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Director General of ASI Svetlana Chupsheva were appointed responsible for the implementation of the order.
