One of the blocks of the list is dedicated to the development of infrastructure. Thus, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Economic Development and regional authorities will have to develop guidelines for the implementation of a program to subsidize fast charging stations. The work will be based on the experience of 12 regions participating in the pilot project. Thanks to state support, 439 charging stations were opened there in 2022. In 2023, the number of entities participating in such pilots has grown to 34.
