MOSCOW, April 28 Russian President Vladimir Putin urged the Russian parliament not to lose momentum in the implementation of his message to the Federal Assembly.
«I see that active work is underway to implement the message, I ask you not to lose the pace and quality of working out the bills necessary for this,» he said during a speech at a meeting with members of the Council of Legislators at the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
The message of the head of state to the Federal Assembly took place on February 21, 2023.
