Passenger trains are delayed in the Bryansk region after an explosion on the railway
Traffic on the section of the railway in the Bryansk region, where the tracks were blown up and the freight train derailed on the morning of May 1, has been suspended. This was announced by Governor Alexander Bogomaz.
«Emergency services are working on the spot,» the head of the region noted.
Russian Railways reported that passenger trains number 202 Novozybkov — Moscow and the number 86 Klimov — Moscow.
As it became known earlier, as a result of undermining the track on the 136th km of the Bryansk — Unecha tracks, a locomotive and several tanks derailed. According to a number of reports, the train was transporting oil products and lumber. No casualties were reported.
