MOSCOW, April 29 Actor and TV presenter, Honored Artist of Russia Sergei Kolesnikov died at the age of 69, his wife, actress Maria Velikanova, said.
According to her, the actor died this morning as a result of a stroke or heart attack.
Sergei Kolesnikov was born on January 4, 1955 in Moscow. He played at the Gorky Moscow Art Theater and the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater. He gained fame after his roles in the series «Petersburg Secrets» and «Truckers». He also starred in the films «Die Hard 5», «Black Sea», «Frozen Souls» and in the British TV series «McMafia». He hosted the program «Fazenda» on television.
