OMSK, May 4. A resident of Omsk, under the age of 50, quarreled with his wife, got drunk and went outside to show his genitals to girls, after the arrest he justified behavior by lack of erection, according to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
About a man naked in the street in front of girls passing by, the police were reported from two educational institutions — a school and a college on Dobrolyubova Street in Omsk. The police arrested him there.
«He turned out to be a 47-year-old resident of the Leninsky district, who explained his behavior by alcohol intoxication. It became known that the man on that day quarreled with his wife, drank alcohol and went outside. According to him, by his act he wanted to attract the attention of the opposite sex, «the press service explained.
On the video presented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the exhibitionist stated that, being heavily drunk, «showed the genitals» to passing girls. When asked for what purpose, he replied: «Because nothing works for me there, as an experiment!»
Earlier, the man was not brought to any administrative or criminal liability. He was charged with disorderly conduct.
