MOSCOW, May 5. The defense of theater director Yevgenia Berkovich is appealing against the decision of the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow, which arrested her for two months as part of a case to justify terrorism, her lawyer Ksenia said Karpinskaya.
«We will appeal,» — said the interlocutor of the agency.
On Friday, the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow arrested Berkovich for two months. As follows from the materials of the case read out in court, it was initiated for posting on YouTube a reading of a play that contained ghosts of justifying terrorism, the ideology of the IS* terrorist group banned in the Russian Federation and jihadism.
