The decision was made on May 11. The court also ordered to confiscate the system unit of the computer and telephones from Arbuzenko. As the OVD-Info project wrote earlier, the prosecutor asked that the man be sentenced to eight years in prison.

Arbuzenko was found guilty in cases of «discrediting» the army with damage to property (part 2 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code), group vandalism motivated by political hatred (part 2 of article 214 of the Criminal Code) and involving a minor in a crime motivated by political hatred (Part 4 of Article 150 of the Criminal Code).

According to the investigation, last summer a man, together with his 15-year-old son, “disfigured the appearance” of several pro-war banners. Arbuzenko has been in jail since August 1.
