St. Petersburg, 17 May. Three suburban trains were delayed on Wednesday morning due to the arson of a relay cabinet at the stage of the Oktyabrskaya railway, the press service of the OZD reported.
As noted, the ignition of the relay cabinet occurred at about 4.18 Moscow time on Wednesday on the stretch between Melnichny Ruchey and Rzhevka.
«According to preliminary information, (the fire occurred) as a result of arson. As a result, three suburban trains were delayed up to 10 minutes: No. 6905 St. Petersburg — Brick Factory, No. 6908 Petrokrepost — St. Petersburg, No. 7220 Melnichny Ruchey — Petersburg,» the statement said.
This is not the first such incident at OZhD, which at the beginning of May reported two more attempts to set fire to relay cabinets on the hauls.
