So, account data will be deleted from Google workspace sites (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Meet, Calendar), Youtube and Google Photos, the company specifies. At the same time, the updated policy will affect only personal accounts and does not affect organizational accounts.
To avoid the risk of deleting your account, Google recommends that you sign in at least once every two years. A subscription to a Google account also automatically makes it active. The Company will also notify accounts at risk of deletion by sending advance notifications to the email address specified in the account, as well as to the recovery email address, if any.
