The Presnensky District Court of Moscow received the materials of the administrative case against the presenter Tatyana Lazareva. Mediazona found this information in the database of Moscow courts.
The reason for compiling the protocol was the absence of a “foreign agent” badge in the leading publications (part 4 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The materials were registered on May 16, the date for the consideration of the protocol has not yet been set.
Over the past week, the Moscow courts have also received similar protocols against the singer Monetochka (Elizaveta Gyrdymova) and the musician Noize MC (Ivan Alekseev).
The Ministry of Justice added Lazareva to the register of «foreign agents» in July 2022, indicating Ukraine as the source of her funding. The presenter actively opposes the war in Ukraine.
