An explosion occurred in a five-story residential building in Volgograd, a fire started, the website V1.ru reports.
According to the publication, the incident happened early in the morning on May 22 , when the inhabitants of the house on the street of the 70th anniversary of the Victory were still sleeping.
«At about 05:30, an explosion occurred near one of the apartments, followed by a fire,» the publication cites a message in the house chat.
