Most Russian employers support the introduction of a four-day work week, the Izvestia newspaper writes, citing a study by the hh.ru portal.
< p> Poll showed that 81% of the Russian companies support idea of introduction of a four-day working week. At the same time, 4% are considering such a possibility in the coming years.
Most often, large business is in favor of reducing the working week.
“The shortened working week means a more flexible approach to the formation of the payroll and employee loyalty. … Companies are not yet ready for another factor of possible tension in unstable current conditions,” said Natalia Danina, chief labor market expert at hh.ru.
The advantages of a four-week week are called a decrease in employee burnout. The main disadvantage is the need to reduce salaries.
