MOSCOW, May 30th. The shooting of the comedy «Son-in-law» has started in Moscow. In one of the main roles, Dmitry Nagiyev, the press service of the project reports.
His character's name is Anton. Alena falls in love with a man. The girl is the daughter of his old friend Oleg. The latter remembers what an immoral type his friend was in his youth, and is ready for anything so that he does not become his son-in-law.
In addition to Nagiyev, Yan Tsapnik, Irina Pegova, Daria Petrichenko, Grigory Siyatvinda, Artem Minin, Nikita Kasyanenko, Lyusya Chebotina, Dmitry Krasilov and others are involved in the project.

«Son-in-law» This is a story about love and a love crisis. For one hero, he expresses himself in paternal overprotection, for the second — in the search for a new hypersensitivity. And, of course, this is an ironic look at the turmoil of life of men over 40, the eternal search for oneself and gaining a new status,” says director Anario Mammadov.
The film is scheduled to premiere in the winter of 2024. White Media and Berg Sound are responsible for filming the project.
Dmitry Nagiyev disappeared from the screens for a while. He refused to hold the MUZ-TV Award and did not star in the 11th season of the Voice show. The showman said that he «went on a sabbatical», which, according to him, was agreed with Channel One.
Earlier it was reported that the son of Tina Kandelaki Leo got a role in the Russian version of the cult Turkish series «Knock on my door».
