MOSCOW, May 30th. Oksana Bychkova's film «Nina» was included in the main program of the Shanghai International Film Festival, the press service of the KION online cinema confirmed.
Starring Julia Peresild, Evgeny Tsyganov, Kirill Kyaro, Andro Chichinadz. The script was written by Lyubov Mulmenko (with the participation of Oksana Bychkova). The film was created by Russian and Georgian companies with the support of the Russian Ministry of Culture.
The picture tells about Nina. She is almost 40 years old. She has a family and a job she loves. One day, a former lover called her. He is seriously ill and asked her to come to Tbilisi. This city means a lot to them. Nina's husband trusts her and is not opposed to her saying goodbye to a person who was once important to her. But the trip will change their lives.
The Shanghai International Film Festival is one of the largest film screenings in China. The competitive screening of the film «Nina» will take place on June 13.
It was previously reported that the film «Anatomy of a Fall», which won at Cannes, will be released in Russian distribution.
