KRASNOYARSK, June 2 Six drunken minors aged 14 to 17 raped a 17-year-old girl in the Erzinsky district of Tuva, the SUSK of the republic reports on Friday.
According to the department, the girl herself told the police about the gang rape. On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under paragraph «a» of part 3 of article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (rape of a minor).
«The persons involved in the crime have been established. They turned out to be six fellow villagers of a minor victim, from 14 to 17 years old. According to investigators, On May 29, 2023, on the banks of the Terektig River near the village of Bert-Dag, Tes-Khem District, underage people who were intoxicated committed a sexual crime against the victim,» the release says.
According to the Investigative Committee, all accomplices have been charged. The court placed five under house arrest, and the decision on the sixth has not yet been made.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic clarifies that one of the teenagers is a former classmate of the victim.
