Medvedev explained why the political regime in Russia will never change
Deputy head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev presented his new post on Saturday morning, in which he discussed the situation in Russia and its possible future. The topic of discussion was the discussion unfolding in a number of circles about the prospects for changing the «regime» in the country, which, according to the ex-premier and ex-president, is being carried out exclusively by compatriots who have emigrated. He called them «departed».
«They indulge in sweet dreams about how well our country will live after the fall of the» regime «…» — Medvedev writes, comparing emigrants with «seams» who «scattered along greasy European body».
He is convinced that such «dreams» will never become a reality, and explains his point of view. Thus, he believes that any politician «who tries to change the discourse that emerged after February 24, 2022» will inevitably «be anathematized as a traitor.»
«As a person who betrayed the memory of our citizens who laid down their lives in this war,» Medvedev explains.
Therefore, he believes that the emigrants of the new era will not be able to return to Russia, like most emigrants a century ago.
