MOSCOW, June 5The network of restaurants «Vkusno — i Tochka» will create a hub in Russia for the production of high-tech food equipment, it is planned that in 2023 it will already appear in the enterprises of the network, Oleg Paroev, general director of the network, said in an interview.
«If you go into the kitchen of our enterprises, you will be very surprised: this is not a standard kitchen, but rather a high-tech production… There are monitors everywhere, automatic grills, which themselves fry meat for the required amount of time and at the right temperature, they themselves provide the correct heating, pressure, pressure. Naturally, it was imported. In Russia, this kind of equipment was not produced,» Paroev said.
«Our task is to gradually create a technological production hub on the territory of Russia, which will be able to produce, at first, maybe less complex, and then more and more complex types of such high-tech equipment, not only for us, but also for everyone on the market. And we this task was approached very responsibly. We already have developments, and we think that this year our enterprises will have equipment created in Russia,» he added.
In early March, the CEO reported that the company is also testing grills that are made in Turkey. «They showed very good results as an intermediate solution, this is one of the ways to diversify supplies,» Paroev said.
