Russian tourists and relocators in Egypt are offered free African citizenship, but not Egyptian citizenship. The first to share her bewilderment about this on the Web was a Russian woman living in the Land of the Pyramids with her Egyptian husband. And then there were other fellow citizens who received similar offers, some of them sent with wording like “Congratulations, you won free citizenship of Burundi!”

According to the Russian wife of the Egyptian, she was not very surprised when she received the personalized “best naturalization offer”, as from time to time asked the price of housing in Egypt and other Arab countries. Although the opportunity to “become an African as part of an action only for Russians” confused her a little.
But the compatriot nevertheless opened the message: it seemed to her that the picture accompanying the text depicts Egyptian Alexandria. But it turned out that Egypt is not on the list of African countries looking for new citizens, but there are Senegal, Mali, Sierra Leone, Guinea-Bissau and others.
You can become a full-fledged Senegalese or Guinean for only 45 days, and, having received the coveted passport, fully enjoy all the privileges due to the citizens of these countries.
The generous West and Central Africa immediately promised a Russian woman, officially married, but not legalized in Egypt, not only the honorary title of her citizen, but also “preferences in obtaining a Schengen visa, visa-free travel throughout the African continent, a high standard of living, assistance in starting your own business, comfort, safety and security.”
For all these joys, new homelands are waiting for investments from Russians, but you can take your time with them: when you can and as much as you can. First, become a real African and feel all the benefits. Although Egypt, located on the same continent, does not «woo» her citizenship to her, even as the legal wife of her citizen.
“Are the services of obtaining African citizenship in demand among Russians?” — she asked a question to Runet. Here it turned out that we are all already a little African — mostly those who have recently visited the resorts of Egypt or Tunisia. The distribution of «elephants» in the form of an offer of citizenship takes place precisely there, addressed only to citizens of the Russian Federation, despite the fact that Tunisia itself, like Egypt or Morocco, is not on the list of «dream countries».

I chalked it up to the fact that both of us speak English poorly, so the dialogue came out miserable. But already at home I found out that many people received African mailing lists. Not only those who have been vacationing in Africa recently, but also those who have Africans at school, at work, or some acquaintances, including distant ones.
“They believe that they were played only by those who are terribly far from business and capital,” says a Muscovite who bought a passport of a citizen of Burkina Faso on condition of anonymity. — When I was young, I worked in this country as a military translator, so I knew that you can buy not only real estate there, but also a business, while foreigners can be exempt from taxes for the period of formation, visa-free travel to 80 countries and good attitude everywhere, as now it is in trend, black live matter and all that.
The guys with whom we served there at one time, flew, naturalized and in this way solved all our current problems. Although I understand that it is difficult for a person who has never been in Africa deeper than Egypt to understand. This is for the benefit of the Africans themselves — the more “white business” there is in the country, the higher its status in the African community.
Consular experts also say that the “African offer” is not only not a hoax, but really profitable:
— The benefit here is mutual: due to the influx of white citizens, African countries expect to reach a new level of development and raise their status in the eyes of the world community, as happened with countries where many foreigners work and live — in South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya. There is no catch in what is addressed specifically to the Russians, but the whole world knows from which countries the largest relocation is now.
With payment deferrals, it’s also not a scam, “pay as much as you don’t mind and when you can” — this is very African. This surprises only those who have never been in the depths of the continent. There is a completely different pace of life, and even in office work there is room for improvisation. For example, in an official contract, where the Ugandan side appears, instead of the exact date, it can easily be marked as soon as possible — as soon as possible.
Some representatives of the so-called civilization are frightened by this, but those who look forward, on the contrary, are pleased. In developed countries, everyone already lives according to the template and matrix, and there is still room for activity and development.
Businessmen from the Russian Federation in West Africa — Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea — are interested in giant deposits of diamonds and gold. And the rest of the African continent attracts the labor market. Who does not know, it is saturated only with low-skilled workers, and people with higher education are constantly in short supply. Moreover, despite all the recent rhetoric, a white foreigner is given special honor, respect, and even a higher salary. At the initiative of the black local citizens themselves.
Here is a list of African countries and areas of their economy that need white specialists, and are ready not only to generously pay for it, but to accept citizens: Nigeria (oil and gas production, need engineers and infrastructure managers), Ghana (mining, including uranium, requires subsoil specialists), Equatorial Guinea (construction of hydroelectric power plants, mining, all levels of specialists are needed except laborers, they are already recruited from local), Ethiopia and Djibouti (infrastructure development specialists), Senegal (construction, managers of all levels are needed), Namibia (mining of diamonds, gold, precious stones, geologists and gemologists (gem experts) are required.
