MOSCOW, June 5 Apple unveiled a new generation of MacBook Air, Mac Studio and Mac Pro at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), followed by from a company press release.
The new MacBook Air is powered by an M2 processor and has up to 18 hours of battery life. Apple claims it is «the world's thinnest 15-inch laptop» at 11.5 millimeters wide. MacBook Air features a new six-speaker sound system and a FaceTime HD camera with 1080p video resolution. The starting price is $1099.
Apple also introduced Mac Studio and Mac Pro, «two of the most powerful Macs ever made.» Mac Studio will be available with M2 Max and new M2 Ultra processors. Mac Studio with M2 Ultra is said to be three times faster than the previous generation of Mac Studio and six times faster than an iMac with an Intel processor. Mac Pro is also equipped with M2 Ultra, RAM, like the Mac Studio, can be up to 192 GB. Mac Studio starts at $1999, Mac Pro is $6999.
Orders for MacBook Air, Mac Studio and Mac Pro open today, June 5th, and will be available in stores starting June 13th.
