Deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation have prepared a draft law that provides for the introduction of deductions for capital repairs for apartment owners. Svetlana Razvorotneva, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Public Utilities, told reporters about this.
Parliamentarians have prepared a bill that will create a regulation for the management and maintenance of apartment complexes and other multifunctional buildings.
In this regulation includes the introduction of deductions for overhaul for apartment owners and equalizing utility payments as for simple apartments.
A working group was created to work out the details.
