MOSCOW, June 6 Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the artist Vladimir Vinokur with the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, first degree, for his great contribution to the development of culture, the corresponding document is published on legal information portal.
«For a great contribution to the development of national culture and art, many years of fruitful activity, to award the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, first degree, Vinokur Vladimir Natanovich, an artist, a member of the International Union of Variety Artists,» the decree says.
