A report was drawn up against the poet and writer Dmitry Bykov on the absence of marking «foreign agent» in publications (part 4 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The materials were received by the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow, Mediazona drew attention to the case file.
According to information on the court's website, the materials were registered today. The hearing in the case is scheduled for 12:00 on June 23. Punishment under part 4 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses involves a fine of 30,000 to 50,000 rubles for citizens.
In October, the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow fined Bykov 10,000 rubles — the reason for the fine was also the lack of a “foreign agent” in posts published on the writer’s Telegram channel.
Bykov was added to the register of “foreign agents” on July 29, 2022. Together with him, the editor-in-chief of the New Times magazine Yevgenia Albats and the co-founder of the Need Help Foundation Mitya Aleshkovsky were on the list of the Ministry of Justice that day.
