Bandits fired to kill

New details of the tragedy in the village of Antsiferovo near Moscow, where police officers were shot tonight, have become known. Four men detained for extortion may be involved in a series of car-related scams, including auto-framing.

As it became known to MK, initially the extortionists were introduced to the future victim by a relative of one of the detainees, 22-year-old resident of Zhukovsky Stanislav Chartaev. The young man is engaged in equipping cars with music speakers and last year he asked an auto mechanic Dmitry from the village of Antsiferovo to help with minor repairs. The locksmith agreed, although due to poor health, he rarely takes orders. In the winter of this year, the client turned to Dmitry with a new request — to repair his brother Stanislav's Toyota Corolla. The car was previously dismantled to avoid her arrest by bailiffs for debts. And this time, the car mechanic didn't want to take on the job, which included painting the car. The client “pressed” on pity: in a car service, the repair was estimated at 300 thousand rubles, and the car owner wanted to save money. As a result, Dmitry agreed to put Toyota in order for 125 thousand rubles. The work dragged on until May, but in the end, Stanislav took the car, quite pleased with its condition.

However, a month later, Chartaev again turned to the auto mechanic with claims. He stated that the painting was done poorly. The young man brought the car to the service and pointed to scratches that looked like fresh ones. The auto mechanic suggested that the Toyota was scratched after the repair, but Stanislav angrily demanded that Dmitry repaint the car. The hard worker agreed to do this only if the client pays for the paint himself. After that, threats began to come against Dmitry and his family. Stanislav came to his house with friends in two cars — the same Toyota and BMW, the men began to demand 100 thousand rubles. At any objection, they yelled: «Shut up and sit still!» One of the blackmailers, for intimidation, showed a holstered pistol in his belt and said: «If I wanted to, I would have put you down already.»

Threats continued the next night on the phone — moreover, the blackmailers announced that they would burn down the house and shoot Dmitri's mother. The victims of the extortionist turned to the police and for the sake of appearances agreed to give the money. In the courtyard of the car mechanic's house, an ambush was set up by members of the criminal investigation department of the Kurovsky police department.

In total, four extortionists arrived at the Strelka — they were again on the same Toyota. One of them again showed the gun to Dmitry's mother, and she demanded that he move away from her. Then the offender threw the “trunk” into the car to the accomplice, and he swung at the woman. It was after this that the operatives decided to detain the extortionists — they decided that the criminal had hit the car mechanic's mother. They shouted: “Criminal police, everyone lie down!”, one of them (Lieutenant Danila Krupinov) showed his ID. But one of the gang members in response began to shout: «Shoot!». Another criminal, who was sitting in the car, slammed the car door of detective Dmitry Komelkov, and then started shooting through the crack from the half-open window. He was clearly shooting to kill. Moreover, in addition to the traumatic one, the bandits most likely had a combat pistol — the bullets pierced the bulletproof vests. As a result, two policemen were injured, Komelkov later died in the hospital. The shooter, 26-year-old Ramazan Aliev, a resident of Ramenskoye, was wounded by return fire. He, his older brother, Stanislav Chartaev and another attacker were detained.

Now the investigators are checking the criminals for involvement in similar crimes. Perhaps this is not the first time that they deliberately damage the car after repair, and then extort money from the masters. In addition, the characteristic damage to the car and Aliyev's manner of shooting make us assume that the bandits were involved in car set-ups — these are the distinguishing features that can be used to identify scammers on the roads.
