WASHINGTON, Jul 1 Twitter owner Elon Musk announced on his social network page that he was imposing time limits on reading posts.
«In response to levels of data scraping and system manipulation, we introduce time limits. Verified accounts are limited to reading six thousand posts per day, unverified accounts — 600 posts per day a day, new unverified accounts — 300 posts a day,» he wrote.
The day before, Musk said that several hundred organizations are very actively engaged in scraping and asked users for advice on how to deal with this practice.
Earlier, the media wrote that Twitter also canceled the ability to view publications without registration.
