MOSCOW, July 9 Russian President Vladimir Putin greeted the participants, organizers and guests of the Future Technologies Forum, noting that now, in the face of unprecedented external challenges, it is important for Russia to as quickly as possible to introduce into life the advanced developments of domestic engineers. The corresponding telegram was published on the Kremlin website.
The Future Technologies Forum «Computing and Communications. The Quantum World» is being held in Russia for the first time on July 9–14, 2023 at the WTC Congress Center. Quantum technologies and products from state corporations and key developers will be demonstrated there. As part of the exhibition on July 13-14 — during the open days of the forum — high-tech products in the field of quantum technologies will be demonstrated by Russian Railways, Rosatom, Gazprombank, the Moscow government and PJSC Sberbank.

According to him, rapid implementation is the key to strengthening technological sovereignty, national progress and the growth of the well-being of Russian citizens. Putin noted that the forum could give an additional powerful impetus to this work. In addition, this is an open platform for dialogue between representatives of different structures to develop joint steps in technological areas.
“Our task, the most important priority for Russia, is to use the enormous potential of such innovative solutions to grow the economy and improve the quality of life of people,” the telegram added.
The head of the country noted that foreign colleagues would take part in the upcoming meetings. The Russian President sees this as an opportunity to increase mutually beneficial cooperation and implement joint «breakthrough projects».
