MOSCOW, 15 Jul. The conflict in Ukraine will inevitably end with a peace deal, British Air Vice Marshal Sean Bell told the Express in an interview.

«The most likely outcome of the war is the status quo. <…> This will inevitably lead to the signing of a peace treaty and a cessation of hostilities,” the officer said.
As the military specified, this will require Western guarantees that Ukraine will never join NATO.
Bell also warned that the integration of the country into the North Atlantic Alliance would lead to an escalation of the conflict, so the bloc members made the right choice by blocking such an opportunity for Kiev.
