Former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter answered the question on the US Tour of Duty YouTube channel about what would happen if Washington will try to set up a blockade of the Kaliningrad region in the event of the defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The former American military warned that such a step would be an «act of war against Russia».
He stressed that in this case Moscow would «one hundred percent give a military response».
