MOSCOW, 23 Jul. From the beginning of Russia’s preparation of the defense line on the front line, it was obvious that the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had no chance of success, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said in an interview with the Dialogue works YouTube channel.
“From the first days of the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, we see that the Ukrainian forces cannot overcome the minefields,” he noted. The analyst is sure that the defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the theater of operations was inevitable.
“I predicted that without aviation, self-propelled artillery installations and air defense systems that would allow them to resist Russia, they have zero chances of success,” he added.
