Mathematician Azat Miftakhov, sentenced to six years in prison in the case of a broken window in the United Russia office, was transferred to a detachment with strict conditions of detention. This is reported by the authors of the telegram channel in support of it.
On July 19, the anarchist was placed in a ShIZO for 7 days due to the fact that he was lying during the day when he was serving his previous sentence in a punishment cell.
Earlier, on July 12, he was sentenced to three days because of the deodorant found in the nightstand. The commission of the Kirov IK-17 recognized the mathematician as a malicious violator of the regime.
Miftakhov does not deny that he was lying — from constant sitting on a bench without a back, his back gets tired and headaches begin. At the same time, they were not allowed to pass a corset to the cell, the wearing of which was prescribed by a doctor for mathematics.
In a detachment with strict conditions of detention, Miftakhov will be forbidden to call his relatives and a lawyer, and will also be deprived of the right to receive the latter before the release of the parcel and dates.
In January 2021, Miftakhov was sentenced to six years in a penal colony in the case of hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code) due to a broken window in the office of United Russia in the Moscow district of Khovrino. A secret witness claimed that he had seen the mathematician next to the party office before and was able to identify him by his “expressive eyebrows.”
In November 2021, Miftakhov was registered in the colony as prone to “attacking employees”, suicide, terrorism and “use of strong drugs”, and a year later he was denied parole. On September 6, the mathematician is due to be released.
