MOSCOW, Aug 2 A one-year-old girl has died after her grandmother left her for eight hours in a hot car on Long Island in the United States, CBS reports. News, citing Suffolk County police officers.

According to police, the grandmother, a 54-year-old resident, forgot to bring a 14-month-old girl to kindergarten and left for work, leaving the child in the car in the back seat.
