The domestic Russian market is fully supplied with pork. This was announced on Friday, August 4, in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
The department stressed that the dynamics of prices for this product is stable.
At the same time, the Ministry of Agriculture clarified that the impact on prices the seasonal factor, as well as the growth in demand for pork.
Meanwhile, the cost of chicken fillet in Russia has set a historical record. According to Rosstat, in July the price of chicken continued to rise, with average prices reaching 196.93 rubles per kg. popularity in Russia of vegetable meat substitutes. According to forecasts, in 2023 the demand for them will rise by another 15%. The largest number of consumers of vegetable meat lives in Central Russia, the Volga region and the southern part of the country.
