Now a criminal case has been opened only because of damage to the car (part 1 of article 167 of the Criminal Code). The injured war invalid was sent for examination to determine the severity of the injury. The police claim that they «identified all the participants in the conflict.» Where they are now is not stated. The release of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also does not mention the participation of the victim in the war and the causes of the conflict.
