Svetlana Dzhimbinova owes 156,000 for a “communal apartment”
Theater director Svetlana Dzhimbinova, widow of director Ruben Simonov, found dead two and a half years after her death in an apartment in the southwest Moscow, was listed as a malicious debtor. The amount of unpaid utilities amounted to 156 thousand rubles.

The woman was born in 1940, suffered from a number of chronic ailments.
Utilities suggested that Dzhimbinova died in December 2020. From that moment on, the lonely pensioner stopped paying rent. The total amount of debt exceeded 150 thousand rubles. In December last year, Zhilischnik sued this money, and they began to gradually withdraw it from Dzhimbinova's pension account. But until August 6, no one thought about the fate of the hostess — until one of the neighbors sounded the alarm.
Svetlana Dzhimbinova was the second wife of Ruben Nikolaevich Simonov, who led the Vakhtangov Theater until his death in 1968. Between them was an impressive (41 years) age difference. It was under Simonov that Dzhimbinova got into the theater and staged three children's films-performances, which were a great success — «About Ivan the Not-Giant», «Puss in Boots», «Cinderella». In 1985, the premiere of her last performance took place — Victor Hugo's drama «Maria Tudor» with Yulia Borisova and Vasily Lanov in the lead roles.
After her retirement, Dzhimbinova did not communicate with any of her colleagues.
