On Sunday, Roskosmos reported that the scientific instruments of the Luna-25 station flying towards the Earth's natural satellite were switched on and took the first measurements.
«The RKS equipment, in cooperation with the upgraded ground systems and the Mission Control Center throughout the entire lunar mission, will transmit real-time telemetry information about the state of the onboard systems, control the deployment of solar panels, check the activation and operation of the attitude control system, and inform about the operation of other Luna- 25,» the report says.
According to the information of the RCC, the station is equipped with on-board equipment of the command and measurement system, its reliable operation is required for landing the station in the area of the South Pole of the Moon and carrying out the annual scientific program
