MOSCOW, August 17 The family adventure film «Chuk and Gek» and the comedy «High Security Parents» will be screened in India from August 25 to 27, the Roskino press service reported.

"From 25 to 27 August in one of the oldest cities in India — Varanasi, the Russian Film Festival, organized by "Roskino" with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Russia. Film screenings are timed to coincide with the G20 Ministers of Culture meeting, which will be held in Varanasi on August 26 ahead of the September G20 summit,” the message says.
The program of the Russian Film Festival in India includes five films, including comedies directed by Nikita Vladimirov «High Security Parents» and «I'm on Rewind!», a fantastic comedy «Terrible Dad» about the adventures of Ivan the Terrible, who finds himself in the modern world, directed by Karen Oganesyan.
Also on the program is the family adventure film «Chuk and Gek. The Big Adventure» based on the story by Arkady Gaidar directed by Alexander Kott and the full-length cartoon «Buka. My Favorite Monster», which entered the top 3 highest-grossing Russian films abroad in 2022, directed by Viktor Glukhushin.
Films will be shown in Russian with Hindi and English subtitles, animation will be shown with English dubbing and Hindi subtitles.
