KAPSEL BAY (Sudak, Crimea), Aug 20The public defense of film projects dedicated to the events in the special military operation zone took place at the anniversary Tavrida.ART Young Art Festival, the commission was chaired by the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Sergei Kiriyenko, festival organizers said.
At the festival of cinema and media, the presentation of film projects (pitching) of the participants of the art cluster «Tavrida» took place, some of them were selected based on the results of the educational program «#SVOEKINO» from July 25 to July 31, 2023 at the Academy. Teams of participants worked on the creation and promotion of films dedicated to the events in the special military operation zone. A total of 22 projects were presented at the pitching. Sergei Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, chaired the meeting.
Among the ideas are short films and feature films, TV series, comedies and dramas, documentaries, animation and educational projects. The best works based on the results of the pitching will be considered for further participation in grant competitions and promotion.

More than 3.5 thousand young participants — cultural and art figures from 89 regions of Russia gathered for the fifth anniversary festival of young art «Tavrida.ART», which started on Thursday evening in the Crimea in Kapsel Bay near Sudak. The festival will end on August 21st. On the same days, a film and media festival is being held at the site of the Meganom Academy, it was attended by more than 2 thousand people, including young creators from all over Russia, as well as guests and residents of Crimea.
