The second attempt to launch a DPRK reconnaissance satellite turned out to be failed, according to the South Korean Yonhap news agency, citing North Korea's Central Telegraph Agency (KCNA).
The report says that another attempt to launch the satellite will be made in October. Earlier it became known about an attempt to launch a ballistic missile from the territory of the DPRK. The Japanese authorities announced an alarm in the country and protested against Pyongyang.
