DONETSK, Aug 28 At 18.33 Ukrainian troops fired eight rockets from the MLRS at the Kievsky district of Donetsk, the DPR representative office at the Joint Control Center reported and coordination of issues related to war crimes in Ukraine (JCCC).

Kyiv district is located in the northern part of Donetsk.
