According to the data Last Monday, a 61-year-old man living in an emergency house in the village of SU-952 in the suburbs of Noyabrsk refused to communicate with the bailiffs who came to him as part of the execution of the court decision to evict. The department clarified that the man fired a shot from a gun into the air, then set fire to his car and locked himself in the house.

The department added that the negotiations had been unsuccessful for a long period, and around midnight the assault began. Special Forces entered the house and detained a man who was taken to the hospital with burns. A criminal case was initiated against him about the threat of violence against a representative of the authorities in connection with the performance of his official duties.
