MOSCOW, August 29 TCS Group (Tinkoff Bank Group) increased its net profit in the first half of this year compared to the same period in 2022 in 8.2 times — up to 36.596 billion rubles, this follows from the company's financial statements under IFRS.
In the second quarter, this figure increased by 6.7 times, to 20.363 billion rubles, against 3.042 billion rubles in the same period last year. In the first quarter, TCSG's net profit increased by 11.6 times, to 16 billion rubles.
The group's total revenue for six months reached 212.253 billion rubles, it grew by 13.6%.
Net interest revenues increased by 51.2% to 100.389 billion rubles.
As of June 30, the group's net loan portfolio amounted to 784.132 billion rubles, and customer funds — 1.313 trillion rubles. that the largest Russian banks in the first half of 2023 received a net profit of 1.33 trillion rubles, which is approximately 78% of the entire sector's profit for the reporting period, the leaders were Sberbank, VTB and Gazprombank.
