VLADIVOSTOK, September 14 Aeroflot is working on the regulatory framework for “wet” aircraft leasing, the carrier’s general director Sergei Alexandrovsky told reporters at the EEF.
«Wet» leasing involves renting out aircraft together with the crew.
«In terms of “wet” leasing, we are also working on the regulatory framework. Once adopted, we will be able to transfer aircraft within the group or attract additional carrying capacity from outside. If some airline does not need aircraft during the low season, then we we will be able to take capacity for our network and vice versa,” he said
